By adding green tea Kitkat into original cheesecake, this dessert turns out amazing. Green tea chocolate flavor brings a fresh feeling to the dish, with the combination between chocolate and cheese. Moreover, the crumble and fresh fruit give this sweet better texture and also enhance flavor.
Use electric mixer with medium speed, mix together cream cheese, sugar and The Laughing Cow cheese, then add in Lif Fresh Milk, yogurt, lemon juice and vanilla, mix well
Cut green tea Kitkat into small piece; add in mixture above, mix well by spatula
Put the cheese mixture into the small cup, about ½ cup then put in the fridge to let them set
Put cracker and wafer in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin or a bottle to crush them until very fine crumb form. Add butter, mix well together
Add this crumble above the cream cheese layer in the cup before serving
Keep this crumble in air tight container
Garnish with some strawberry and kitkat cut in half
Melt 100gr dark chocolate by a bain-marie (by microwave: put in for 20 second then take out and stir, repeat until chocolate melts completely)
Crush up a piece of baking paper (size: around 7*15cm), then flatten it. Put a bit melted chocolate on it, use a spatula to make a thin layer on paper’s surface; then put in the fridge until set. When it sets, remove from the paper and use for garnish, can also cut into the shape you want
