Ingredients

(For 4 - 5 people)

  • 600ml LiF 100% Fresh Milk from Australia
  • 10gr Gelatin
  • 55 grWater
  •  80gr Sugar
  • 4 Pieces cheese
  • 5ml Lemon juice
  • 150 gr Peach pickled

Milk Pudding With Peach Sauce

Pudding made from fresh milk to taste with sour peach sauce, which  is a perfect match for your taste . Additionally, pudding silky softness make you feeling to enjoy, neither hard nor quickly melts in the mouth, only when really started to enjoy the fruits of the kitchen and your family along with, you will discover interestingly about this. Put gelatin into cold water and stir.

Put milk, sugar, cheese into a pot and boil slightly (until the mixture starts sparkling then turn off the stove), stir while boiling to melt cheese.

Put the first few milk mixture into the gelatin mixture, stir well, then pour back into pot and stir.

Filtering through the mixture through a sieve to remove residue.

Prepare the baking mold / cup

Use paper towels to wipe oil seepage around the baking mold / cup to make it easy to get out after the frozen.

(if used in isolation, they may skip this step)

Pour milk into a glass / baking mold and keep 1 hour at refrigerator until pudding east.

Peach sauce

 

Put peaches into a blender with less water and about 5ml lemon juice , minced (may extend sweet acidity reduction for optional).

Decorate

Peach sauce onto the pudding. Can use a little diced peaches to share with pudding.

***Note: preservation pudding in part cool of refrigerator compartment. Peach sauce can keep cool in the refrigerator compartment  in  4-5 days.
